This wedding is definitely, without a doubt, one of my favorites - ever.

Jen & Tyler invited me to capture their perfectly autumnal wedding last year in Charlottesville. As you'll see, it was a beautiful day. Full beautiful details, full of light.

What I remember most though, is how this day was full (brimming, overflowing) with love.  These two radiate with endearing spirits and the evidence was in the miles traveled and joy shared by all those present for their day.

You've probably noticed a few changes going on here at jbwarphotography.com! While, it is true, I have been buried in html and css and jquery for the last few days - I'm still working on images too! I can't wait to share the rest of these photos. A cool fall day on grounds at UVA gave us a colorful palette for these engagement photos. Here's a romantic sneak peek to hold you over!

Thanks for bearing with me during the changes to the site. In an effort to leave everything fully functional so that galleries stay open and readers stay up to date, I've opted not to shut down while I work. Think of it like this, every day you get more and more "sneak peeks" of the final product!

The early autumn, Virginia mountain backdrop did not disappoint for Kalie and Evan's wedding this past Saturday. With a balance of sunshine and shade, turning leaves and the fall breeze - one couldn't have prayed for a better day.

Perfectly matched in beauty by the ceremony, this wedding day was nothing short of stunning.

I can't wait to finish working on their images so I can tell you the full story of this lovely day!
Until then, here are a few shots to keep you hanging on.

Without seeing each other, Kalie & Evan shared a beautiful moment in prayer together before the ceremony. Being allowed in on such personal, special moments like this is what makes me love my job more than I knew I could.

You show, I capture.

Erica and Scott have been married just over a year now. Being University of Virginia grads (wa-hoo-wa!) it only seemed natural that they wanted to have some portraits done on grounds before they head out to California for Erica to being graduate school. The Lawn at UVA is gorgeous enough and I soon found out that it gets even better - the lawn is flanked with beautiful tended gardens! Every corner played host to yet another lovely spot and the spring sunset beamed with perfection.

Erica has become a very close friend of mine since moving to Culpeper and while I am ecstatic for her and Scott to begin their new journey in California (and I am also excited to visit); I will miss them so much!

Ya'll, I wish you nothing short of the absolute best as you make your way westward in a few weeks. I am so glad I had the chance to capture your love in action.
